Time for a Reset

So my first-ever blog post was titled "Time for a Self Intervention."  Well, I've been gone for awhile.  And in that time, I was not all that great at keeping up with things.  I got a new job that involved more hours and more stress, and I found myself on the couch with a glass of wine more often than out on the streets taking a jog.  Not in a good place.

Last weekend, we were sitting on the couch after a delicious breakfast of my favorite gluten-free pancakes and those Beachbody infomercials were on.  You know the ones.  Taunting you with fit people working out efficiently and using this magical drug called Shakeology to achieve after results you'd love to see in the mirror.  And you get just a little caught up in it all and your husband's next to you saying he'd be down to try it and next thing you know, you're trying to become one of those people.

So it's been awhile, but I'm back.  And this time I'm not doing a spoonful, I'm taking a big ol' gulp.
