Meal Plan Monday

Meal PlanI'm starting to get bored of my go-to easy meals that have been par for the course this last month so I broke out my Evernote Food app while menu planning for the week and added some new recipes into the mix!  Definitely feel like I'm starting to get back into the groove after all the moving stress.  I think the weekend away in Orlando really helped me unwind and get into a better mindset - going to share some photos of gluten-free delights from the trip tomorrow!
