Motivating Reading Material

I love reading magazines, and subscribe to quite a few titles, from food to fitness.  A lot of them can be pretty repetitive, sure, but I really enjoy the full-color reading experience.  They can be really motivating, too!  I always feel more inspired to embrace the ideal healthy lifestyle pictured in the pages. 

One of my favorites is Women’s Health magazine.  It’s got a great mix of health, fitness and food, and I regularly read it cover to cover.  It’s always the first magazine I recommend to friends, too – and today I can recommend it for super cheap!  Kerry over at Totally Target posted a subscription deal code for to get it for just $3.99 a year for up to 3 years, 60% off the current subscription offer on the magazine’s site.  It can be a new subscription or a renewal, and the Discountmags will not auto-renew on you, so no worrying about further charges.

To sweeten the deal, is offering 10% cash back.  If you don’t use ebates, you should!  It’s a really easy way to save money shopping online, all you have to do is sign up for an account and then check the site for whatever website you’re shopping on.  It’ll list the cash back percentage offered, plus coupon codes if available.  Click through to the website from the ebates site and they deposit the savings into an account for you, which pays out automatically via PayPal or check every quarter (you can also send it to your favorite charity, organization or family member).  Virtually effortless savings, and there are tons of participating sites!  I’ve been a member for about a year and have gotten $70 in cash back so far.  You can get all the info and sign up here
